TWO TOO MANY
Amsterdam’s Two Too Many unashamedly draw their inspiration from the last 60 years of rock n’ roll, with nods to artists across the entire spectrum. A hard-rocking band that serves up a powerful sound, with strong song-writing sensibilities evident throughout, appealing to fans of Guns n’ Roses, Thin Lizzy, AC/DC and more.
Two Too Many (the name taken from the epic intro to Sergio Leone’s “Once Upon A Time In The West”) started life as a rocked-up CCR tribute band, treading the boards in their adopted Amsterdam home since 2015, after a chance meeting at the city’s famous Melkweg venue. Eventually, the outfit developed into a strong and original act in their own right, bringing with them a song-craft that puts them ahead of most of the pack. An Irishman, a Canadian, two Englishmen and a Macedonian, they deal in energetic rock n’ roll with a nod to classic rock bands from years gone by.
The band’s first single, Got My Rock n’ Roll, with its accompanying video, generated plenty of positive reviews and airplay both domestically and internationally. The band’s two albums, 2019’s eponymous debut and 2022’s “Big In Korea”, together with a slew of subsequent singles, picked up in very much the same vein, delivering a hard-hitting punch, laced with melody and craft, with a diversity that keeps the songs fresh and interesting. Two Too Many have built up a loyal following in their home city and play Bitterzoet in February 2026 to promote their latest single “Ripped to the Gills”.
TETSUWAN
Tetsuwan is a new group started by Ross Curry, a mainstay in the Dutch music scene for years now.
A three piece that will shake you to the core and further still with the powerhouse that is Stephan van der Meyden on drums, the grinding, rumbling solidness of Misha Voeykov on bass and Ross Curry on loud.
Solid, loosed up heaviness with a hint of the psychy and fuzzed up 70’s.
Journey into the mind of Tetsuwan through a twisted, psyched up experience.
